Aqua Flex Seal Guard 500 — 20kg
Polyhybrid Elastomeric Liquid Waterproofing Membrane

Engineered Membrane Protection
AQUA FLEX SG500 20kg is an advanced polyhybrid, elastomeric, water-based liquid waterproofing membrane designed for flat roofs, curved roofs, and critical structural details. Formulated with a proprietary blend of resins, it features timeless whiteness and superior UV reflectance, lowering surface temperatures and contributing to building energy efficiency. Upon curing, it forms a continuous, seamless, vapor-permeable elastomeric barrier with 350% elongation and 2.9 N/mm² adhesion strength.
Key Performance Traits
Engineered for Complete Defense
Verified physical properties formulated for demanding flat roof exposures and weather endurance.
Water Proof
Forms a continuous, seamless membrane preventing water penetration and ponding water damage.
Crack Bridging
350% elongation at break accommodates substrate expansion and micro-fissures (EN ISO 527).
UV Resistant & Cool Roof
Timeless whiteness and high solar reflectance reduce roof heat load. Passes 2000h weathering (EN 1062-11).
Strong Adhesion
Tenacious bond of 2.9 N/mm² to concrete, screeds, wood, metal, and existing membranes (EN 1542).

Directions For Use
Recommended Application Procedure
Follow these manufacturer directions for optimal adhesion, crack bridging, and membrane performance.
Substrate Preparation: Surface must be clean, dry, free of grease, loose particles, and dust. Repair concrete cavities in advance.
Priming: Prime the substrate with ISO-PRIMER at approx. 200 g/m². Allow to dry.
First Layer: Apply AQUA FLEX SG500 by brush or roller at 0.5–0.75 kg/m².
Crack Reinforcement: Embed 10 cm wide fiberglass mesh (65 g/m²) or polyester fleece (30 g/m²) over active cracks while first coat is fresh.
Second Layer: Apply second layer crosswise once first layer is dry and walkable (approx. 20h at +20°C).
Total Consumption: 2.0–2.5 kg/m² depending on substrate and reinforcement.
